The Pool
The private pool at Villa Petros is approximately 8m x 5m along its straight sides, and is a single depth. (For this reason we don’t accept bookings that include children under the age of 10).
For adults and older children it’s perfect – deep enough to swim or enjoy a leisurely float. And when we say 'private' we mean 'private' - the pool area is not overlooked, making it the perfect chill out space.
Pool temperature will vary according to what time of year it is. In the heat of the summer a pre-breakfast swim is a delight. And we had brand new LED pool lights fitted, so if a late night swim tempts you – feel free!
Outdoor Dining
Since our purchase of Villa Petros in autumn 2019 we have already made a number of improvements – and the new raised dining area is one we’re particularly proud of.
The photo on the left is a before shot – it was actually a rock! Fortunately Jeanette’s interior designer’s imagination kicked in and saw the potential. We’re delighted with the results, and hope many people will enjoy outdoor meals and celebrations here.
Outdoor furnishings
We know that people spend a lot of time outdoors so we’ve put as much care and attention into outdoor living as we have into the furnishings inside the villa.
High quality sun beds will allow you to lounge in peace, snug on one of the large Egyptian cotton pool towels we provide for your use.
Our parasols are Swiss made, beautifully engineered with a tilting mechanism and high grade protective fabric to give you shade when you need it.
For a touch of luxury we added outdoor sofas, coffee tables and a new stone seating area at the far end of the pool. All in all we think you’ll find a place for everyone to enjoy.
